Townsend Deliver Big at Fort Campbell
Tennessee Commerce Bank underwrote a concert performed by Country Music performer Andra Townsend; Tennessee T-Cakes and Famous Dave's BBQ provided a delectable catering selection for the soldiers of the 101st and their families.


/Country Music News Articles/ - FORT CAMPBELL, KY, December 27, 2007 - Country music performer Andra Townsend performed a holiday concert for the members of the 1/327th Infantry Regiment (a part of the 101st Airborne Division, Air Assault) and their families. Townsend performed several songs, mixing in music from her hit album 'Hidden Heroes' and her self-titled album as well. The event was deemed to be a big success by all present, made even better with catering treats supplied by Tennessee T-Cakes and Famous Dave's Barbeque. Tennessee Commerce Bank, who underwrote the affair, has hinted that, due to the triumphant success of the evening, there may be more in the works.

Townsend's career has recently experienced a significant rise as she was tapped to become one of Tennessee T-Cakes' four Signature Artists shortly after beginning work on her newest album. The Signature Artists are a mix of young and veteran performers who hold the distinction of having their music added to the growing stable of music available through T-Cakes website.
